1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (ToU) define the terms and conditions under which DayEat makes its platform available to users and partner restaurateurs for publishing and browsing daily menus.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the DayEat application implies full acceptance of these ToU. When creating an account, the user or restaurateur acknowledges having read and accepted these terms by checking the relevant box.

3. Services Offered

Pour les restaurateurs : For restaurateurs: DayEat provides an interface to publish their daily menus, including dish descriptions and prices.

Pour les utilisateurs : For users: DayEat allows browsing daily menus from partner restaurants nearby.

DayEat acts solely as a technical intermediary. Transactions, reservations, or orders are made directly with restaurants.

4. Restaurateur Commitments

• The restaurateur agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their menus (prices, descriptions, availability).
• The restaurateur is solely responsible for the content published on their page via the DayEat application.

5. Liability

DayEat makes every effort to ensure application availability but is only bound by a best-efforts obligation. DayEat cannot be held liable for any damages related to temporary service unavailability, inaccurate information provided by a restaurateur, or any dispute between a user and a restaurant.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the DayEat application (texts, images, logos, source code) are the exclusive property of DayEat or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Data & Account Deletion

Pour les utilisateurs (clients) : For users (customers): The DayEat application does not require an account to browse menus. Preferences such as favorites are stored locally on your device. DayEat does not collect or store any personal data on its servers.

Pour les restaurateurs (partenaires) : For restaurateurs (partners): DayEat collects and processes data necessary for your professional space (email address, restaurant information). In accordance with GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, and deletion.

Suppression de compte : Account deletion (Restaurateurs): You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the settings (Danger Zone) of your professional space.

8. Changes to Terms

DayEat reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToU.
